Synopsis: In the horror/comedy 'Chastity Bites,' notorious serial killer Elizabeth Bathory believed that bathing in virgin blood would keep her young and beautiful forever. Still alive today she’s found a perfect hunting ground for her “botox” as an abstinence educator in conservative America…but will a brave young blogger and reporter for the high school paper finally put an end to the “Blood Countess’s” reign of terror, and save her best friend from becoming the next victim?

LOTTI PHARRISS KNOWLES (Screenwriter/Producer) is a writer, producer and partner in Weirdsmobile Productions, Inc. She co-produced HBO Documentary Films’ “Vito,” directed by Jeffrey Schwarz (“Wrangler,” “Spine Tingler!”) and executive-produced by Bryan Singer (“XMen,” “The Usual Suspects”), and is the producer of Schwarz’s latest documentary feature, “I Am Divine” (SXSW 2013 premiere). Knowles also produced the award-winning short films “SHADOW.NET” (Golden Ace Award, Las Vegas Film Festival; Best Thriller, Dragon*Con Independent Short Film Festival), and “Weak Species” (Best Short: FilmOut San Diego, Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival, Great Lakes Film Festival). Her original feature screenplay CHASTITY BITES was a semi-finalist in the Acclaim Film & Television Screenwriting Competition.Knowles also produced the world-premiere run of her play “Because They Have No Words,” which was nominated for two 2007 LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards for Best Ensemble and World Premiere Play. The play was subsequently produced at the Piven Theatre in Evanston, IL (Joseph Jefferson Award), and published in 2011 by Northwestern University Press in an anthology titled “Katrina on Stage.”Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Knowles earned a BS in Performance Studies at Northwestern University and an MA in Theatre at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She coproduces the annual Vampire-Con Film Festival, and appeared as a horror expert on the E! Channel special “Ten Vampires We Love” and in the documentary “The 50 Greatest Horror Films You’ve Never Seen.”
