My name is Alexander Gitman, I am a cinematogrpaher and photographer born in the city of Los Angeles. My fixation with visual forms of expression quickly pulled me into the world of cinema, and photography. Film and the study of it has been most responsible for both my skills, and the inspiration for most my artistic endeavours. My goal is to prove that we have more to learn and discover in this medium. I hope the journey to that goal leaves behind stories that move fans of film, and more importantly creates new ones. You only need to experience that profound feeling of awe a person gets after a very special film to know that you want to be a part of that in some way for the rest of your life.
