Synopsis: Weronika arrives in a small town with her two-year-old daughter. The plan she intends to carry out requires a meeting with someone she has not seen for a long time, Tomasz, the local parish priest. Their meeting after so many years takes an unexpected turn.

Director, Writer Eliza Subotowicz was born and raised in Poland. She earned her MA in English in 2004 from Warsaw University and completed two years of liberal arts education at the European College of Liberal Arts in Berlin. She studied directing at Columbia University film school and got her MFA degree in 2010. Her thesis short "Ben” received the Best Woman Student Filmmaker Award from Directors Guild of America. Monika Lenczewska: Cinematographer/DP Monika Lenczewska is a cinematographer based in Los Angeles. Born in Poland, Monika graduated from the Department of Film and TV at the Silesia University in Poland with an MFA in film. She has been the director of photography on over twenty short films and is looking forward to feature filmmaking. Her work has been selected for numerous international film festivals including Cannes, Rotterdam and Cleremont-Ferrand. She trained in cinematography at the American Film Institute.
