classic fairytale, re-imagined through the quintessential characters and

Biographies:
Joanna Bowers Houghton - Director/Producer
Joanna was born in Kent, England and studied with the BBC before beginning her career directing live entertainment for the Sun International Group in Dubai. She then moved across the pond to Los Angeles where she appeared in many film and TV projects before deciding the other side of the camera had more appeal. Joanna's directorial debut "Inviolate Rose" immediately acquired international distribution and recent work include the TV pilots "Lulu Gets A Life" and "Polo Dolls" as well as several commercials and fashion films for luxury brands, and a documentary for Dwell Magazine. Joanna is currently development on the feature film "Habibi" a provocative narrative about Saudi Arabian women. She is also attached to direct the projects "Army Pop" and "Born To Nun."
Kristina Lee Reiersgard - Writer
Kristina is a published writer, actor and dialect coach living in West Hollywood. She graduated with her MA from the Central School of Speech and Drama in London and currently writes full-time while maintaining a dialect coaching practice for actors. Kristi has two Middle Eastern-based feature films optioned with Cheeky Monkey Productions, both of which have been finalists for the Sundance
Screen Writers Lab and the Shasha Grant, respectively. Apart from writing for the screen, Kristi is a fulltime ghostwriter in fashion and a content generator for various websites.
Gabrielle Paciorek - DP
Paciorek graduated from San Diego State University, where she double majored in Art (Emphasis in Graphic Design) and Television, Film & New Media (Emphasis in Production). She has worked as the Director of Photography, Gaffer, and Camera Operator on features, commercials, television, and shorts. Her cinematography has been seen at many film festivals, including Cannes (The Cave). Well versed in both film and HD formats, she has executed various lighting, camera, and film techniques, from cross processing to underwater lighting and camera operating.
Katharine McEwan - Scarlett Hoods
Katharine was born and raised in a small coastal town in the North East of England and began studying acting when she was accepted into the summer program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. The following fall she enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and spent three years there studying. Katharine’s theatre credits include Private Lives at Long Beach Playhouse (Amanda); The Verdi Girls at Laguna Playhouse (originating the role of Breda); ‘Night Mother at Stage Lee Strasberg; and Hamlet at The Next Stage (Queen Gertrude). Most recently she played Barbara in Theatre 40’s Ovation Award Nominated show, Black Coffee by Agatha Christie. Katharine has appeared in numerous independent films, including Dreams Play Apart that won Best Feature at the 2010 Bel Air International Film Festival, and Sinners that won Best Picture at the 2007 Swansea International Film Festival, UK.

Ian Fisher - Alexander Wolf
Ian Fisher was born in Transylvania, Romania. At the age of seven he migrated with his family to Israel and then later he moved to Italy. In 2005 he was awarded a full scholarship to attend the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, he also began working at The Actors Studio. Ian has participated in numerous theater performances including being directly cast by director Howard Deutch. His television and credits include: “Curb your Enthusiasm” for HBO, “Dirt” on the FX network, “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno on NBC and Disney’s series “I ♥ Vampires”. “The Chosen One” starring and directed by Rob Schneider, “Addicts” alongside Michael K. Williams (HBO’s “The Wire & Boardwalk Empire”), “Don’t Look Up” with Eli Roth, “Lionhead” alongside Michael Madsen, “Machete Joe” with Ernie Hudson. Ian currently resides in Hollywood.
