Delphine Corrard was born in France in 1979. After doing a one-year training in the Living Arts at the Paris VIII University, she studies at the Ecole Supérieure d’Etudes Cinématographiques (ESEC), specializing in editing. She then becomes an assistant director and a unit manager on many feature-films, TV series and advertisements. Among the projects she worked on, we can mention "Mesrine - ennemi public n°1" in 2007, the TV show Profilage in 2010 and many commercials for prestigious brands (HSBC, American Airlines, Volswagen, RATP, Dolce & Gabbana...). Delphine Corrard then decides to make her own projets, directing a docu-fiction in 2009 called « Le Thaï Cellophané » following the daily life of a homeless man from Thailand. The Damsels, produced by Origine Films, is her first fiction short-film.
